Information stored

The WordPress website may process essential cookies and technical access logs. If you use the separately hosted prototype workspace, it stores sign-in email, client membership, agent configuration, messages you submit, approval records, expense entries and activity logs. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card details or unnecessary personal information.

How information is used

Records support workspace access, operational tracking, approvals and expense reporting. Connected AI and workflow providers may process information required for the services you enable. Provider connections and applicable data handling requirements must be reviewed before live activation.

Access and hosting

Client users access records for their assigned organizations. Authorized administrators manage client environments. The marketing website runs on WordPress at Hostinger. The separately linked prototype uses Sites authentication and Cloudflare-backed storage. No specific Canadian data residency is promised.

Retention and requests

Records remain stored until an authorized retention or deletion process removes them. Contact BA Consulting to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to agree a retention policy before production onboarding.
